Specialist C1: Food Tech

For my first specialist cycle, I had food tech, which is where we make food. I enjoyed designing my own muffins for the assignment, studying the design process, and learning about yeast amongst other things. If I was to do this cycle again, I would try be a bit more creative with the designs. I still have one question though: why do microwaves work? I hope this question gets answered next year, when I have food tech again.
